About Me: Evolution
This page describes how I have evolved throughout the years.
Autobiography
I was born August 18th, 1988, in a hospital, upon a starry summer night, back when no cat limited my access to the keyboard or the mouse by jumping onto my desk. I am the youngest of a family of five, daughter to two people of opposite genders.
I grew up until the age of 10. I had a happy childhood, I guess, although it's rather vague in my memory. I however have shown signs of autism from a very early age. I used to rock in cars and on the sofa, usually singing in an inexistent and incomprehensible—including to me—language. I still rock in our own car, but I sing in English and in low voice.
I could read at the age of 4, so "they" had me skip Grade 2. Everything went well until I started becoming what I could call an outcast because it sounds better than "a rejected girl with no social life whatsoever". I took very badly my loneliness, hoping I could have friends and be cool too.
I ended up living crappy things until I finally found friends that fit me—existing, palpable ones.
I went to Cegep in Val-d'Or, where I studied Human Sciences, with mathematics (calculus). I graduated in May 2006.
I moved to Montreal in order to study cinema at the Université de Montréal. I live with my sister, her boyfriend, their cat, and Béatrice, my own cat.
Me & My Childhood Toys
I owned a rather large collection of Barbie dolls. However, as I had only one or two guys (Kens) and I didn't have any clothes for them, I didn't use them much so most of my Barbies were lesbian. I still keep all of my dolls, as well as all accessories. I only got rid of the house because it was in a rather bad condition.
I spent a lot of time with my second neighbor, a boy, and with one of my cousins, also a boy. We played a lot with Tonka trucks as well as with LEGOs.
